Item Description
Tool kit for installing fittings to flexible stainless steel tubing. This tool is used to flatten out the final corrugation on the end of the tubing where the fitting is to be installed. Simple push the fitting onto the tubing, and then place the end of the tubing into the clamp. Insert the clamp into the tool and smash down on the tubing using the knob of the tool and the last corrugation will flatten out. Next, apply the locking ring up against the flattened corrugation and then pull the fitting against the locking ring. Apply the gasket to the inside of the threads and thread to the desired pipe. The locking ring prevents the fitting from falling off and the flattened corrugation keeps the locking ring in place.
